Go to https://app.sgpmx.com and click “Reset password”.
Key in the email address used for your login and click on “Request OTP via Email”.
You will receive an email. If you do not find it in your Inbox, check your Junk/Spam folder.
Tip: Mark emails from email@example.com as safe emails to make sure you do not miss updates or notifications from us.
Key in the One Time Password (OTP) shown in the email and create a new password.
Note: If you do not receive the OTP, click on “Resend OTP button” above the “Input OTP here” field to generate and send a new OTP.
Then, click on “Proceed”.
Congratulations, you have successfully reseted your password!
You can now login using your new password.
